How to make noni residue

@Fermentation Process:Only use fresh mature noni fruits which are white or yellow white color, after washing the fruits with clear water and then placing in organic airtight drums for fermentation. We use traditional fermentation methods by keeping the drums at natural ambient temperatures of 22ºC to 28ºC for 90 days - 365 days. This process improves the nutritional value, taste of Noni juice and bioavailability.

@Whole Fruits are Pressed to release the Noni Juice,collect the redidue :The fermented fruit+juice which has been passed the test by the quality inspector (PH, total acid, Brix and taste etc.),then all are loaded into the filtering bag and to be pressed by squeezer, While the juice was filtered through screening filter which is refined to 0.2micron and residue will come out,and collect for fertilizer or other functional use.Only use fresh mature noni fruits which are white or yellow white color, after washing the fruits with clear water and then placing in organic airtight drums for fermentation.
